Kitopi is looking for a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join their HR team. The role involves analyzing HR data, supporting HR processes such as onboarding and payroll, maintaining HR systems, and assisting with employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HR operations or people analytics, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to generate reports and insights on workforce trends, turnover, and engagement.

Support HR leadership with data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Ensure HR systems are up to date and maintain data integrity.

Assist with payroll processing, including verifying employee data.

Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs to enhance workplace culture.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

Assist with HR projects, such as policy reviews and process improvements.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2 years of experience in HR operations, people analytics, or a related role.

Basic knowledge of payroll processing and labor laws.

Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or HR analytics software).

Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
