Based in Dubai, this internship provides hands-on experience within the human resources department of a leading hotel, ideal for hospitality students and recent graduates looking to launch their careers in HR and hospitality operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the People & Culture department in daily HR administration and learning & development activities.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Ensure safe and appropriate use of hotel systems and internet access, in line with hotel policy.

Follow and support all hotel policies, including the Mandarin Oriental “Safe, Sound and Sustainable” program.

Adhere to the company’s social media policy, taking responsibility for any content shared on public platforms.

Complete routine personnel administrative tasks and maintain accurate employee records.

Provide professional, courteous service and maintain a positive attitude at all times.

Assist with operational tasks and other duties as assigned by management.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues across departments.

Organize, plan, and manage workload effectively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of hospitality studies or a recent graduate in Hospitality or related field.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Proficient in computer applications and general IT tools.

Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor.

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
