Key Responsibilities:

Speech Therapists:

• Assess and treat children with speech, language, fluency, and communication difficulties

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans

• Collaborate with parents and a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals

Occupational Therapists:

• Evaluate motor skills, sensory integration, and functional abilities

• Deliver therapy sessions focused on improving coordination, independence, and sensory responses

• Work with caregivers and other therapists to monitor and promote consistent progress

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech Therapy or Occupational Therapy

• Excellent interpersonal, observation, and communication skills

• A strong passion for pediatric development and child-centered therapy

• Currently in the UAE or open to relocation

• Proficient in English
