SEHA Al Rahba Hospital, one of Abu Dhabi’s leading healthcare institutions under the SEHA Health System, is looking to hire a full-time Pediatric Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive pediatric care, managing child health cases, and ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert medical care to infants, children, and adolescents.

• Diagnose and treat various pediatric illnesses and conditions.

• Coordinate with other medical professionals for integrated patient care.

• Conduct regular health check-ups and monitor child growth and development.

• Educate parents and caregivers on child health, immunizations, and nutrition.

• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with hospital policies.

• Contribute to the hospital’s continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Medical Degree (MBBS) with specialization in Pediatrics.

• Valid UAE Medical License (DOH/HAAD/MOH) or eligibility to obtain one.

• Proven experience as a Pediatrician/Specialist in a hospital setting.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• Excellent communication, compassion, and patient-care abilities.

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
