GE HealthCare is hiring a PCS Modality Leader for the Maternal Infant Care (MIC) division across the MESA region (Middle East and Saudi Arabia). This hybrid, full-time leadership role involves overseeing commercial success, strategic planning, channel management, and product positioning in a high-impact medical technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and order growth across the MIC business for MESA.

Manage full P&L responsibilities: orders, revenue, contribution margins, and operating profit.

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and support NPI launches.

Collaborate with HQ and cross-functional teams to roll out growth initiatives.

Build and manage strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clients, and channel partners.

Own the sales funnel, forecast quarterly and yearly projections.

Provide product and market expertise to support sales enablement.

Work across a matrix organization, ensuring consistent messaging and customer-first execution.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

5–10+ years’ experience in healthcare device sales/marketing, especially NICU or L&D markets.

Proven track record in P&L ownership and leadership of cross-functional and/or indirect teams.
Skills:
-
Strong knowledge of regional healthcare markets and funding ecosystems.
-
Fluency in English and Arabic.
-
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
-
Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask.
-
Comfortable with frequent travel across MESA countries.
