Job Description:
GE HealthCare is seeking a PCS Modality Leader for the Maternal Infant Care (MIC) sector in the MESA region (Middle East & Saudi Arabia). This role will focus on achieving order and sales targets, driving strategies for product launches and growth, and managing relationships with channel partners, key opinion leaders, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive commercial success and manage profitability across orders, sales, margin, and operating profit in the MESA region.

• Coordinate with EAGM HQ to roll out initiatives, new product introductions (NPIs), and growth strategies.

• Develop and execute strategies with channel partners to improve market visibility and drive differentiation.

• Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), develop strong promoters, and manage customer relations.

• Own the opportunity funnel and develop strategies for large deals.

• Provide accurate quarterly/yearly forecasting and be accountable for the full P&L.

• Work in a matrix organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

• Extensive experience in medical devices and solutions sales/clinical marketing, particularly in NICU and L&D markets.

• Proven leadership in sales/marketing management within the healthcare industry.

• Strong knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, decision makers, and customer relations.

• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Arabic.

• Ability to travel extensively across the MESA region (Middle East and KSA).
