The Maternal & Infant Care (MIC) Modality Leader at GE HealthCare is responsible for driving the commercial success of the MIC business in the MESA region (Middle East & Saudi Arabia). This role involves managing profitability, executing strategies, building KOL relationships, and working closely with channel partners to enhance market visibility and sales. The position also requires ownership of forecasting, P&L management, and a deep understanding of clinical and technical aspects of healthcare technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage portfolio profitability, from sales and margin to operating profit.

Collaborate with EAGM HQ for NPI launches and growth strategies.

Build and execute strategies with channel partners to increase market visibility.
-
Lead product positioning and competitive dynamics understanding.

Cultivate relationships with KOLs and drive customer satisfaction.
-
Develop strategies for large deals and manage the sales funnel.
-
Accountable for accurate quarterly/yearly forecasting and full P&L management.

Work in a matrix organization, demonstrating strong team collaboration.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Extensive experience in medical devices, Sales, and/or Clinical Marketing, particularly in NICU and L&D markets.

Proven leadership in managing direct and indirect teams.
-
Strong communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
-
Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

Experience in high-tech product sales/solutions and a customer-first attitude.
-
Unrestricted ability to travel within Saudi Arabia and the MESA region.
-
Fluency in English and Arabic.
