EnerMech, a specialist service company in the energy sector, is seeking a Payroll Accountant to manage monthly payroll processes across the UAE, Qatar, KSA, Bahrain, and temporary contractors. This on-site, full-time role focuses on ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance, and timely communication with employees.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process monthly payroll manually for multiple regions and contractors.

Validate approved timesheets and employee expense claims.

Apply payments via HSBC Online Platform (Bank Transfer and WPS).

Coordinate with HR to validate employee contracts and ensure payroll compliance.

Maintain and update payroll records; provide inputs to ADP.

Prepare payroll coding reports for management.

Distribute payslips to employees.

Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues.

Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and EnerMech QA manuals.

Maintain departmental policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in payroll or a related field.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numeracy skills.

Understanding of payroll processes and high attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Good communication skills.

High School Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field.
