Job Title: Payments Solutions Delivery Manager – Banking & Financial Services

Job Description:

Are you an experienced Payments Solutions Delivery Manager looking for an opportunity to lead large-scale banking transformation projects? This role involves managing solution delivery for Payment Systems across multiple geographies, working closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and business partners to ensure smooth project execution from planning to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Payments System Implementation & Transformation:

• Oversee end-to-end payment system implementation across various geographies.

• Ensure seamless integration with Core Banking & Payment Gateway Systems (SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, Clearing).

🔹 Project & Program Management:

• Develop and track project plans, milestones, and deliverables with clear ownership.

• Manage program scope, change management, testing, deployment, and rollout planning.

• Report progress and key updates to technology management and stakeholders.

🔹 Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:

• Collaborate with business product owners, analysts, technology teams, and vendors.

• Translate business requirements into vendor-specific documents for seamless execution.

• Facilitate defect resolution, issue tracking, and root cause analysis with vendors.

🔹 Testing & Deployment Oversight:

• Support SIT, regression, performance testing, and production deployments.

• Conduct impact assessments for change requests and align implementations with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with banking operational risk policies and procedures.

🔹 Innovation & Optimization:

• Leverage latest technology trends to optimize solution delivery.

• Ensure scalability, cost-effectiveness, and system stability in technology solutions.

• Recommend process optimizations to enhance efficiency in payment systems.

Skills & Experience Required:

✔ 12+ years’ experience in Payments Technology & Banking Systems
✔ Strong expertise in SWIFT, ACH, RTGS, Clearing, and Payment Gateway Integrations
✔ Proven track record in large-scale banking transformation projects
✔ Expertise in API deployment & integration using API Connect
✔ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to document integration strategies & detailed design specs for banking applications
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach

Preferred Qualifications:

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or IT
🎓 Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile Methodologies
🎓 Experience in process optimization & banking compliance standards
