Modest Factory is seeking an experienced Pattern Maker to join its Abaya production team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pattern making for Abaya garments and be capable of creating precise, high-quality designs for production.

Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate patterns for Abaya designs in accordance with production requirements.
• Ensure precision in measurements, fabric cutting, and garment construction.
• Collaborate with designers and production teams to refine patterns.
• Maintain quality standards for consistency across all garments.
• Adjust and modify patterns based on design specifications or client feedback.
• Support the efficient production workflow and meet deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pattern Maker in an Abaya production factory.
• Strong technical knowledge in pattern-making techniques and garment construction.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow specifications accurately.
• Ability to relocate or commute reliably to Dubai.

Compensation & Application Details:

• Salary: AED 2,400 – AED 2,600 per month.
• Location: On-site, Dubai, UAE.
