Role Summary:
We are looking for a Patient Relationship Executive to join our dedicated team. This role is pivotal in managing patient interactions, ensuring effective communication, and supporting coordination between patients and healthcare staff. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator, highly organized, and committed to delivering outstanding service in a high-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all patient inquiries and service requests.

• Coordinate, schedule, and confirm patient appointments with efficiency and accuracy.

• Address patient concerns with empathy, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Facilitate smooth communication between patients and healthcare professionals.

• Support internal team coordination and assist in managing field staff scheduling.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all patient interactions and appointments.

• Handle pressure with professionalism and maintain a positive, helpful demeanor at all times.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Fluency in Arabic (Mandatory) and strong command of English.

• Proven communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service environment preferred.

• Familiarity with healthcare processes, systems, and medical terminology is a plus.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Team player with a proactive and adaptable approach.

• Quick learner with the ability to manage time and workflow effectively.

Salary Range: AED 4,000 – AED 5,000
