Irwin & Dow is proud to partner with a leading healthcare client in Dubai to hire a Patient Experience Coordinator, a key front-facing role in delivering compassionate, professional, and efficient patient services.

As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a critical role in ensuring every interaction is smooth, confidential, and supportive—reflecting the clinic’s values of patient-centred care and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner

• Manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle rescheduling requests

• Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing and payment queries

• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system

• Ensure reception area is organized, professional, and in line with healthcare compliance standards

• Uphold strict patient confidentiality and follow all regulatory protocols

• Liaise with clinicians, support teams, and external bodies including insurance companies and DHA representatives

• Assist with patient registration and documentation during check-in and check-out procedures

• Handle patient concerns or inquiries with empathy and efficiency

• Support clinic operations during extended hours, weekends, or high-volume periods when needed

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare clinic or outpatient front-desk role

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Proficiency in EMR systems, booking software, and general IT tools

• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on confidentiality and compliance

• Warm, professional demeanour with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care

• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced, multicultural healthcare environment

• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required
