Modern Pharmaceutical LLC is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Patient Experience Specialist to enhance the quality of care by supporting and improving patient experience initiatives across various healthcare settings. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves working closely with patients, healthcare teams, and management to ensure that patient feedback translates into actionable improvements. The ideal candidate will have a background in nursing and experience in patient support programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a resource for healthcare team members in enhancing patient experience.

Analyze patient feedback from surveys, complaints, advisory councils, and other channels to generate improvement recommendations.

Provide coaching and educational support for staff and providers on patient experience principles.

Stay updated on best practices in patient care and feedback mechanisms.

Observe staff-patient interactions and provide constructive coaching for better communication.

Design and deliver educational programs using adult learning principles.

Address patient concerns and complaints with empathy and effective resolution strategies.
-
Implement service recovery processes when needed to improve satisfaction.

Conduct patient rounds to gather feedback and assess the patient experience firsthand.
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.

Prior experience in patient support programs (experience in Iron IV therapy is preferred).

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Willingness to travel within the UAE.
-
Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
