Mediclinic Group is seeking a detail-oriented Patient Administrator (Emirati national) to join their team at Mediclinic Dubai Mall. This full-time, on-site role involves managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, insurance processes, and billing while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage patient appointment scheduling and registration efficiently.

Handle medical insurance documentation and related administrative tasks.

Oversee billing, invoicing, and daily cash-up procedures.

Deliver outstanding service and ensure smooth patient experiences.

Maintain accurate and timely records using hospital information systems.

Ensure compliance with policies, emergency procedures, and data protection standards.
Candidate Requirements:
Education:

Essential: Secondary school certificate (Grade 12).

Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor’s in healthcare, finance, or accounting.
Experience:

Essential: 2–3 years in a customer service role, preferably healthcare-related.

Preferred: Experience in a healthcare contact center or hospital environment.
Skills & Knowledge:

Proficiency in MS Office and hospital information systems.

Familiarity with CRM tools and medical insurance processes.

Good command of medical terminology and patient registration protocols.

Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.

Numerical literacy and attention to detail.
