Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Patient Administrator / Patient Coordinator to join a premium healthcare clinic in Dubai. This role is not entry-level and is best suited to candidates with prior experience working in medical clinics or healthcare facilities, who understand clinic workflows, patient management, insurance processes, and DHA compliance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinic operations while delivering a professional, efficient, and patient-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors professionally, ensuring a positive first impression

• Manage patient appointments, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups

• Register new patients and maintain accurate medical and administrative records

• Communicate clearly with patients regarding services, procedures, pricing, and payments

• Process insurance claims, approvals, and billing in coordination with the finance team

• Maintain and update patient data using CRM / EMR systems

• Support the Clinic Manager with daily operations, reporting, and coordination

• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, data privacy standards, and GDPR requirements

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical clinic or healthcare facility (mandatory)

• Strong understanding of insurance workflows, billing processes, and DHA documentation

• Proficiency in CRM/EMR systems, appointment scheduling software, and Microsoft Office

• Professional, detail-oriented, and patient-focused approach

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

• luent English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage)
