Kanoo Group is seeking a motivated Parts Sales Executive with 3 to 6 years of experience in outdoor spare parts sales, preferably in construction, cranes, or material handling equipment. The role involves daily field visits to generate leads, build customer relationships, and provide expert guidance on selecting the right spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 3–4 daily field visits to generate leads and support customers in choosing correct spare parts.

• Promote complete product lines, including accessories and ongoing offers.

• Handle inquiries by phone or in-person, providing accurate quotations and product information.

• Review and process customer quotations ensuring pricing and part accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal teams to monitor stock status and update customers on orders.

• Manage invoicing, payment collection, credit authorization, and documentation.

• Support returns and credit processing in line with company policies.

• Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, customer data, and shipments.

• Stay current with technical bulletins, product updates, and participate in training.

Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.

• 3–5 years of field sales experience in spare parts for construction, cranes, or material handling.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Strong knowledge of technical and mechanical systems.

• Proficient with electronic parts catalogues, Microsoft Office, and SAP.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

• Flexible to support operations including weekends/public holidays if needed.
