This full-time role will involve identifying and securing high-value commercial deals with building owners, pitching for new partnership opportunities, and contributing to IWG’s global network of flexible workspaces. Successful candidates will have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent business and financial acumen, and a passion for disrupting the commercial real estate industry. Key Responsibilities:

Secure high-value deals for new partner locations and expand IWG’s network across your region.

Pitch for new partnership opportunities, including investments ranging from £250k to £1m+ for new IWG branded centres.

Showcase the value of the IWG partnership proposition to B2B connections.

Source partners that align with IWG’s growth goals and can contribute to the rapid expansion.

Manage a pipeline of opportunities, from initial contact through to detailed negotiations and signed commercial agreements.

Employ a dynamic and versatile approach to business development, tailored to meet the varying commercial needs of partners.
Requirements:

A passion for the high-growth flexible workspace sector and a drive for achieving business development results.

Proven experience in initiating and closing high-value deals in commercial real estate or a related field.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present compelling narratives to large and small audiences.
