Meituan is seeking a Partnership Management Manager to develop and manage relationships with 3PL partners in Abu Dhabi. The role involves growing the partner network, enhancing operational capabilities, ensuring compliance, and working closely with product and operations teams to optimize delivery processes.

Meituan is a leading Chinese e-commerce platform that provides a wide range of services, including food delivery, hotel and travel bookings, and other lifestyle services. The company is expanding its operations in the UAE and looking for individuals to manage and optimize their partnership ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop 3PL partners and expand delivery partners according to demand in each city.

Train and communicate with partners to enhance operational capabilities and align with company strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with 3PL partners nationwide.

Ensure 100% compliance from partners and riders.

Collaborate with product teams to optimize processes and tools for 3PLs.
-
Manage day-to-day operations of rewards and penalties systems with partners to achieve business goals.

Take responsibility for achieving rider recruitment, operations, and user experience targets.

Communicate and manage partner terminations as needed.
-
Complete additional tasks assigned by the department manager.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or higher.
-
At least 3 years of experience in rider growth and partner management.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
-
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
-
In-depth knowledge of rider and 3PL market trends and best practices.
-
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
