Zalinos Real Estate LLC, under the brand OFF PLAN Properties AI, is launching Dubai’s first AI-powered off-plan property platform aimed at revolutionizing the way buyers discover and developers list properties. They are currently hiring a Partnership Executive / Business Development Executive to help onboard real estate developers and drive growth. This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai with a competitive salary and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard top real estate developers for listing their projects.

• Present platform benefits to sales teams and decision-makers.

• Build and manage relationships with developer accounts.

• Attend field visits, client meetings, and pitch sessions.

• Collaborate with the founder and marketing/content teams.

• Shape partnership strategies and enhance onboarding procedures.

Qualifications:

• Based in Dubai or well-versed in the local real estate sector.

• Proactive and confident communicator, especially with sales leaders.

• Strong in pitching, relationship building, and collaboration.

• Driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently in the field.

• Background in sales, business development, marketing, or PR is a plus.

• Bonus:

  • Experience at portals like Bayut, Property Finder, or Dubizzle.

  • Understanding of off-plan sales processes and lead funnels.
