Property Finder, a leading proptech platform in the MENA region, is hiring a Partner Support Advisor in Dubai. This role involves being the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, or email, resolving product/service issues, and supporting customer success through clear communication and product knowledge.
As part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment, the Partner Support Advisor is expected to provide world-class service to internal and external stakeholders and help users resolve technical and service-related issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide prompt, accurate responses to customer queries via phone, email, and chat

Maintain and promote positive business relationships with customers

Troubleshoot issues, diagnose technical problems, and escalate as needed

Support teammates and deliver training on customer service best practices

Demonstrate strong knowledge of company tools and policies

Identify and recommend improvements in procedures when necessary

Prepare concise issue summaries for technical teams in case of code errors

Meet service and quality performance goals consistently
Desired Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support roles

Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory)

Excellent communication, documentation, and typing skills

Strong comprehension and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and web browsers
