OutSystems is seeking a Partner Alliances Manager (PAM) responsible for managing relationships with select partners, particularly focusing on Saudi Arabia. The role involves defining joint business goals, developing Go-To-Market (GTM) processes, and driving sales alignment between OutSystems and partner teams. The PAM will track, act, and adjust the shared plan with partners to meet revenue and client growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

Understand and assess select partners’ business, strengths, and investment strategies.

Own the GTM process, including Demand Gen plan and KPI setting with partners.

Qualify and align inbound partner deal registrations with appropriate sellers.

Drive sales alignment between OutSystems and partner sales reps.

Foster strong relationships with partners, including C-suite executives and practice leaders.

Monitor the progress of top opportunities sourced through partners and co-sell with OutSystems sales teams.

Track and measure partner success and business planning, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 8 years of experience managing regional sales and delivery partners (VARs, SIs, ISVs, App Dev partners).

Experience in building a channel for a SaaS software provider.

Proven success in recruiting, onboarding, and enabling partners.

Strong ability to plan and track partner business success and KPIs.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Self-confident with a strong work ethic and a growth mindset.

This role will be based in Dubai, UAE.
