Star Bright Early Intervention Center in Dubai is currently hiring a Part-time Speech Therapist to join its dedicated and growing team. This is an on-site and travel-based position, offering flexible hours based on client therapy sessions. The role is ideal for a qualified and licensed speech therapist who is passionate about working with individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Compensation is on a 50/50 commission basis, with therapy rates varying depending on location (to be discussed during the interview).

The role requires strong assessment and treatment planning skills, as well as a collaborative approach to working with clients, families, and educational professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with speech, language, and communication disorders.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Provide speech therapy sessions across different locations in Dubai.

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.

• Communicate effectively with parents, educators, and team members.

• Ensure treatment aligns with professional and clinical standards.

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.

• DHA License as a Speech Therapist (mandatory).

• Strong clinical expertise in speech therapy, dysphagia, and communication disorders.

• Experience in an educational or pediatric setting is a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, client-based schedule.

• Must be based in the UAE and able to commute to various locations in Dubai.
