Job Title: Part-Time Remote Recruitment Consultant
Job Description:
Our client, a dynamic and growing employment agency based in the UAE, specializes in staffing solutions for the Industrial, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Construction sectors across the Middle East. To support their expansion, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Recruitment Consultant to work remotely with flexible hours and days.
Key Responsibilities:

Create, refine, and publish compelling job descriptions based on client requirements.

Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for various technical and professional roles.

Conduct active market research to identify companies currently hiring within target sectors.

Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their hiring needs.

Support business development initiatives through industry networking and outreach.
Skills & Qualifications:
-
3 to 5 years of experience in a recruitment role, ideally within an employment agency. Internal talent acquisition experience will also be considered.

Strong knowledge and background in at least one of the following sectors: Industrial, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Construction.

Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet recruitment targets remotely.
