Liwa College, a leading institution in higher education in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Part-Time Recruitment & Admission Officer to join their team for Summer 2025. The role involves collaborating with other recruitment and admission officers to manage student enrolments, maintain records, and achieve admission targets. The position requires working closely with students, parents, high schools, and internal departments to facilitate the admission process and represent the college at various events.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and follow up on student applications and documentation

Update admission records and contribute to achieving admission targets
-
Develop a database of contacts and referrals to generate leads
-
Process student equivalencies and coordinate with Deans for transfers from other universities
-
Serve as a resource for students, parents, and external institutions regarding college admissions
-
Represent the college at external recruitment events and provide high-quality presentations
-
Liaise with high school career advisors to meet recruitment targets
-
Advise students on admissions requirements, eligibility, and program options
-
Participate in graduation ceremonies and orientation events
-
Provide personalized guidance throughout the admission process
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
-
Strong expertise with MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems
-
Goal-oriented, patient, and highly ethical
-
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
-
Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
