People10 Technologies Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Personal Manager / Executive Assistant to support a Global Female Entrepreneur, Tech Founder, and Fashion Creative. This hybrid, part-time role (15–20 hours/week) involves executive assistance, media coordination, lifestyle management, and podcast guest sourcing. The position is ideal for someone with international exposure, excellent coordination skills, and a passion for storytelling and style.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, including business meetings, creative sessions, and wellness appointments.

Coordinate with press, PR, and podcast platforms for media features and guest bookings.

Organize photoshoots, styling appointments, and brand collaborations.

Handle scheduling and occasional social media posting (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Assist with behind-the-scenes photo/video capture using a phone or basic camera.
Qualifications:

Proven international exposure and ability to communicate across global time zones.

Experience in executive assistance, PR/media coordination, or brand management.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professional discretion.

Ability to self-manage and communicate confidently.

Flexibility to work on weekends for events and activities.

Positive attitude with a can-do mindset.
Compensation:

AED 3,500 – 6,000/month (depending on experience and hours worked).

This part-time role has potential to become full-time based on performance.
