Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain vigilant security presence to deter and detect incidents.

• Interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional and respectful manner.

• Monitor premises and access points; perform regular patrols.

• Document incidents and prepare accurate written reports.

• Follow established procedures and protocols with attention to detail.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 18 years of age.

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Good attention to detail and observational skills.

• Proficient in basic computer and technology usage.

• Effective written and verbal communication.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.

Preferred Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (for driver certification eligibility).

• Ability to remain alert and composed during overnight shifts.
