Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Handle inquiries and provide exceptional service to our online customers.

Social Media Management: Assist in managing and posting content across various social media platforms.

Website Management: Support basic website tasks such as uploading product information and updating content.

Logistics Coordination: Help coordinate the logistics and delivery process for customer orders.
Requirements:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Italian language is required.

Strong computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.

Dynamic, organized, and proactive with the ability to multitask efficiently.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Degree holders preferred.

Must be currently residing in Dubai with a valid work visa.

Having own transportation is preferred.

Age requirement: 20–50 years.
