Job Title: Part-Time Client & Project Coordinator
Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Part-Time Client & Project Coordinator to join our interior decoration company. This role involves managing client communications, scheduling, and overseeing project coordination tasks to ensure timely and professional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, handling communications via email and phone.

Schedule and attend up to 10 meetings per month (in-person or virtual) to support ongoing projects.

Follow up with clients and team members to ensure project milestones are met.

Maintain organized records of meetings, timelines, and client feedback.

Approximately 3 hours per day, up to 15 hours per week
Compensation:

Monthly salary: AED 15,000
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
2–3 years of project management experience, ideally within interior design or a related creative field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Familiarity with Western client service standards is a strong plus

Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma in Interior Design or a related field
Preferred Candidate Profile:

Currently residing in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Male candidate from the United Kingdom preferred

Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher diploma
