About the Job:
As a Brand Representative, you will be at the heart of delivering an exceptional customer experience. Energetic, stylish, and customer-focused, you will connect genuinely with shoppers, making sure the brand’s welcoming and lively environment shines through. This role is part-time and open only to Emirati nationals.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs.

Stay approachable, warm, and stylish while maintaining a keen awareness of the store environment.

Initiate conversations and build authentic connections with customers.

Represent the brand with confidence and a highly social attitude to maximize sales.

Assist in store presentation, maintaining visual standards on the sales floor.

Support asset protection and loss prevention efforts.

Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
Qualifications:

Nationality: Emirati (UAE national)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

Language: Fluency in English required
