Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, a leading luxury hotel brand under the Accor Group, is seeking a Parking Attendant to join their team in Dubai. Known for blending contemporary design with classic elegance, Fairmont Dubai offers a high-end hospitality experience in the city’s business hub. This temporary, on-site role reports to the Manager of Guest Services and plays a key part in delivering exceptional guest service from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist all guests in accordance with Fairmont’s brand standards.

Provide a warm, personal welcome and ensure a lasting first impression.

Respond attentively to guests’ needs and ensure their comfort upon arrival and departure.

Maintain the hotel’s driveway and entrance appearance up to standard.

Ensure safety by reporting any suspicious activity or vehicles to Security.
-
Handle complaints professionally and escalate as needed.
-
Comply with Occupational Health & Safety regulations.

Uphold and promote Fairmont’s Code of Ethics at all times.
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in Guest Services or a similar hospitality role is preferred.

Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
-
Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor.
-
Physically fit and able to lift items up to 30 kilograms.
-
Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
-
Fluent in English (verbal & written); a second language is an advantage.

Ability to stay composed and courteous under pressure.
-
Team-oriented with a proactive and reliable attitude.
