Job Title: Paralegal – Quick Service Restaurant 

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Paralegal to join an iconic international fast-food brand based in Dubai, UAE. This full-time position will support the legal team in drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting legal research, and providing assistance with corporate governance. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the QSR or food service industry, with a strong background in corporate law, labor law, and franchise regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other business partners to ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations.

• Assist in corporate governance tasks, including preparing board materials, shareholder communications, and legal documentation.

• Conduct legal research on a variety of topics, including food safety, labor laws, franchise regulations, and other industry-specific legal matters.

• Develop and implement frameworks to identify, manage, and mitigate legal risks across the company.

• Support legal team with day-to-day operational needs and assist in other ad-hoc legal tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Open to Arabic Nationals, aged 40 years or below.

• Certificate or Degree in Law Studies from a recognized institution.

• At least 4 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably within the QSR or food service industry.

• Solid understanding of corporate, contract, labor, and franchise law.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organizational ability.

• Capable of working independently and managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Salary: Up to 20,000 AED all-inclusive, based on experience and qualifications
