Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Paralegal to support the legal operations of a renowned international fast food brand based in Dubai. The successful candidate will handle contract drafting, corporate governance, legal research, and ensure compliance across franchise and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.

• Support corporate governance by preparing board documents, shareholder communications, and regulatory filings.

• Conduct legal research on matters including food safety laws, labor regulations, and franchise compliance.

• Develop and implement frameworks to identify and manage legal risks across business units.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure adherence to relevant laws and corporate policies.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to Arabic-speaking nationals, aged 40 or below.

• Bachelor’s degree or legal certification in Law Studies.

• Minimum 4 years of paralegal experience, preferably within the QSR, hospitality, or F&B industry.

• Solid knowledge of UAE corporate, labor, contract, and franchise law.

• Excellent communication, documentation, and legal drafting skills.

• Must currently be based in the UAE.
