Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough legal research and support case strategy development.

• Draft, review, and edit contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.

• Ensure accurate documentation and management of sensitive legal files.

• Compile comprehensive reports for solicitors and legal leads.

• Monitor changes in regulatory frameworks, especially in fintech and crypto (e.g., VARA).

• Liaise with internal teams and external clients, providing key legal insights.

• Stay updated on DIFC law developments and ensure company compliance.

• Support general legal and administrative duties.

Key Qualifications:

• Paralegal certification from a recognized international institution.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

• Strong knowledge of DIFC law; experience with crypto/fintech regulations (e.g., VARA) is a major plus.

• Excellent command of English; additional languages are advantageous.

• High-level proficiency in legal research and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and time management abilities.

• Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
