Sobha Construction LLC is seeking skilled Painters for hotel-based projects in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for candidates experienced in various painting techniques, finishes, and surface preparation. The painter will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of aesthetics and finish, ensuring the final output aligns with hotel quality expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and priming

• Apply paint, varnish, or coatings using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment

• Perform detailed touch-ups and finish work

• Mix and match paint colors according to project needs

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

• Ensure all work meets high-quality and safety standards

• Execute painting tasks efficiently within project timelines

• Collaborate with team members and supervisors on-site

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in professional painting and decorating

• Proficient in applying coatings, finishes, and spray painting

• Strong attention to detail and aesthetics

• Ability to work independently and within a team

• Physical stamina and manual dexterity
