Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an experienced Painter (Engineering) to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for professionals with hands-on painting expertise and experience in the hospitality industry. The role involves maintaining the property’s aesthetics by handling painting and surface finishing tasks in line with safety standards and brand expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply paint, enamel, stain, varnish, and putty to various surfaces including walls, ceilings, and furniture.

• Handle gypsum board installation, cutting, and repair.

• Use painting tools such as brushes, rollers, and spray guns effectively.

• Maintain and apply the property’s colour scheme in accordance with brand standards.

• Prepare surfaces using primers or sealers before painting.

• Remove old paint or finishes through sanding, stripping, or blasting techniques.

• Protect work areas using covers and signage during painting.

• Ensure cleanliness and safe storage of tools and materials after use.

• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures.

• Liaise with vendors to adjust paint or varnish colors as needed.

• Complete required safety training and report any incidents to the supervisor.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of painting experience in the UAE, preferably in the hospitality sector.

• Proven ability to work independently with a hands-on, can-do attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

• Personal integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
