Hala Arjaan By Rotana is seeking a passionate and dynamic Painter to join their Maintenance team. This role is crucial for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of the hotel’s building by ensuring all decoration-related repairs and upkeep are performed to a high standard. The Painter will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to wall coverings, ceilings, woodwork, and wallpapering. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preparation and decoration work on ceilings and walls within the hotel property.

• Prepare and decorate woodwork such as doors, architraves, windows, and skirting boards.

• Strip and prepare walls for new wallpaper as directed.

• Repair and maintain existing wall coverings.

• Carry out preventive maintenance schedules for all decorating jobs as directed by superiors.

Skills Required:

• Technical studies or equivalent qualification in a related field.

• Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of decoration and maintenance.

• Ability to work within company policies and regulations.

• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor tasks.

• Proficiency in English and strong problem-solving skills to rectify issues as they arise.
