BP One Group is looking for a Paid Traffic Analyst (ADS) and CRM to join their dynamic team. This is a remote, part-time opportunity ideal for digital marketers who are passionate about paid media, campaign optimization, and data analytics. Work with a company that spans 6 businesses and serves major clients across Latin America in diverse sectors like agro, F&B, fashion, construction, and retail.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Campaign Planning & Optimization

Plan, execute, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and more.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
✅ Data Monitoring & Reporting

Track and report on performance metrics including ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC.

Use analytics to support decision-making and campaign improvements.
✅ Strategic Collaboration

Identify opportunities for performance growth and propose innovative strategies.

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align campaign goals with broader business objectives.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing paid media campaigns.

Advanced knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and data analytics tools.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred/Bonus Skills:

Certifications in Google Ads and Meta Blueprint.

Experience with BI tools, campaign automation, and CRM integration.

Familiarity with SEO practices.
