Key Responsibilities:
📈 Plan, implement, and optimize paid traffic campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and more.
📊 Monitor performance metrics including ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CPC; generate insightful performance reports.
🧪 Run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize performance.
🚀 Identify growth opportunities and propose new strategies to enhance campaign results.
🤝 Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in managing paid traffic campaigns.

Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and data analytics tools.

Strong analytical thinking with a strategic mindset.

Ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns simultaneously.

Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Preferred Qualifications (Differentials):
✔️ Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications
✔️ Experience with marketing automation and BI tools
✔️ Understanding of SEO and CRM platform integration
