This remote role offers the opportunity to work on large-scale, high-budget advertising campaigns for one of the world’s top luxury brands. Whether part-time or full-time, you’ll contribute to innovative marketing strategies that reach audiences across the US and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute paid campaigns on Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram).

Manage monthly ad budgets ranging from $200,000 to $500,000 to maximize ROAS.

Conduct keyword research, segmentation, bid strategy development, and conversion optimization.

Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.

Monitor and analyze performance through Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite.

Stay updated with digital marketing trends and platform updates.
Requirements:

4+ years of experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, specifically for eCommerce brands.

Proven success in handling high-budget ad campaigns ($200K+ monthly).

Expertise in Performance Max, YouTube Ads, and CRO techniques.

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Experience targeting US and European markets is a plus.

Must own a Windows-based computer (required for remote access compatibility).

Compensation & Perks:

Part-time: $55–$75/hour (minimum 4 hours/day, 16 hours/week)

Full-time: $9,500–$11,500/month, plus benefits and commission bonuses
