Instant Gaming is seeking an experienced and strategic Paid Media Manager – SEM & SEA to lead our global paid media efforts. You’ll oversee high-budget campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, and Meta, while collaborating with freelancers and internal teams to deliver best-in-class results in the dynamic gaming industry.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement global paid media strategies across SEM (Google & Bing) and SMA (Meta/Facebook/Instagram).

Manage and coordinate a network of freelancers executing high-spending campaigns (€500K+/month).

Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance against key KPIs to ensure ROI goals are met.

Work closely with the design team to brief and review creative assets aligned with campaign objectives.

Report on campaign performance and identify actionable insights to refine strategy.

Stay up to date with platform changes, market trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in paid media; minimum 2 years in a strategic or leadership capacity.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, and Meta Ads.

Proven ability to manage large budgets and deliver strong campaign performance.

Experience leading freelancers, internal teams, or external agencies.

Strong analytical skills with expertise in media performance metrics.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Fluency in English is required; French and/or Spanish is a strong advantage.
