Job Title: Packaging Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Packaging Assistant to support our warehouse operations in the UAE. This role involves handling product packaging, performing quality checks, and ensuring that all items are properly labeled and prepared for shipment according to company standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Product Packaging: Prepare and package products accurately following company guidelines, including labeling, sealing, and verifying packaging integrity.

• Quality Control: Perform visual inspections of products to detect any defects, damages, or discrepancies. Escalate issues to supervisors promptly.

• Inventory Monitoring: Track stock levels of packing materials such as boxes, labels, and sealing tape. Notify management when restocking is needed.

• Workplace Maintenance: Keep the packing area clean, organized, and free of clutter. Ensure all waste materials are disposed of correctly.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to meet daily output targets and ensure smooth operational flow.

• Safety Compliance: Follow all workplace safety regulations and report any potential hazards or incidents immediately.

• Efficiency Improvement: Proactively suggest ideas to improve packing methods and reduce time or material wastage.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Good communication and team collaboration skills

• Basic computer literacy for simple data entry and tracking tasks
