The British International School Abu Dhabi, part of the renowned Nord Anglia Education group, is hiring a Personal Assistant to the Head of Secondary. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a unique opportunity to support the Secondary School leadership team in a thriving academic environment.
The PA will be responsible for high-level secretarial and administrative duties, including managing a busy calendar, organizing meetings and events, preparing documentation, and liaising with various internal and external stakeholders. This is a critical support role requiring exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Head of Secondary.

Manage a dynamic calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate events.

Prepare reports, communications, and relevant documentation.

Liaise with staff, students, parents, and external contacts as required.

Ensure the smooth daily functioning of the leadership office.

Maintain strict confidentiality and a professional demeanor at all times.
Ideal Candidate Requirements:

Proven experience as a senior Personal Assistant or in an administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.

High levels of integrity, initiative, and motivation.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage confidential information.
