Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced and driven Outside Sales Engineer to spearhead the promotion and sales of our valve and actuator solutions across diverse industrial sectors. This role is perfect for a technically skilled sales professional with a background in mechanical or chemical engineering and a passion for delivering tailored, high-performance solutions to clients.
As an Outside Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering expert technical advice and demonstrating the value of our product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our customer base and increase market share.

Develop and execute sales strategies that align with revenue targets and market trends.

Build and sustain strong client relationships, understanding customer needs and providing tailored technical solutions.

Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, advantages, and applications of valves, actuators (including BUTTERFLY, BALL valves, etc.).

Provide on-site and remote technical support, including troubleshooting and recommending effective solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including internal sales, engineering, and marketing for seamless service delivery.

Monitor and analyze industry trends and competitor activities to remain ahead in the market.

Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company.
Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the valve and actuator industry.

Strong technical expertise in valves, actuators, and control systems.
-
Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Proven record of success in B2B technical sales and lead generation.

Willingness to travel up to 50% for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and solution-oriented approach.
