Minor Hotels is seeking an experienced Outlet Supervisor to join our dynamic team at NH Collection Dubai The Palm. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our Food & Beverage outlets, maximizing guest satisfaction, and maintaining a high-quality service standard.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure efficiency and exceptional service.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Train and empower team members to problem-solve and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Promote customer satisfaction by providing courteous, professional, and prompt service.
• Uphold quality control standards to ensure the best products and services are served.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve workplace efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in Food & Beverage, restaurant, or banquet operations.
