Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive with solid experience in B2B sales of uniforms, textiles, and fabrics. The successful candidate will drive new business growth by developing strong relationships with corporate clients, institutions, and distributors, and delivering tailored product solutions. A valid driving license and willingness to travel regularly are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and pursue new B2B sales opportunities within the uniforms and textiles sector

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and institutional buyers

• Conduct client visits to showcase products, negotiate contracts, and close sales

• Provide customized fabric and uniform solutions that meet client specifications and requirements

• Stay informed on the latest industry trends, fabric innovations, and competitor activities

• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations

• Coordinate closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in uniforms, textiles, or fabric sales

• Strong knowledge of fabric types, textile applications, and industry standards

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven with a proactive sales approach

• Valid UAE driving license with readiness for frequent client visits and travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

• Existing client portfolio in the uniforms or textile industry is a strong advantage
