About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional in the interior design industry. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will leverage your sales expertise to drive business growth, attract new clients, and nurture existing relationships. You will work closely with a dynamic team of designers and project managers to showcase creative design solutions and achieve sales targets, helping expand the company’s market presence in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective outdoor sales strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, understand client needs, and align with business objectives.

  • Present innovative design concepts and proposals to clients, emphasizing the unique value of the company’s services.

  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups, personalized communication, and tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure client requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and exhibitions to promote the company’s services and attract new clients.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing successful past projects and design capabilities.

  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet sales targets.

  • Provide feedback to the management team on client preferences, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in creating marketing materials and promotional campaigns to support sales initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outdoor sales, ideally in the interior design or a related industry.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and results-oriented approach to sales.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

  • Passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.

  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
