Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are a well-established wholesale distributor specializing in imported building hardware products, catering to retail and construction clients across the UAE. We are currently hiring a young, energetic, and self-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to help expand our market reach and drive revenue through field-based sales and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular field visits to wholesale and retail building hardware shops.

Identify potential customers including retailers, contractors, and construction companies.

Present and promote a diverse range of imported building hardware items.

Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Prepare and deliver quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales effectively.

Track and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Maintain accurate logs of visits, sales activities, and customer feedback using CRM or manual reporting tools.
Job Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in building materials or hardware.

Valid UAE driving license is a must.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-
Fluency in English; knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or other regional languages is an added advantage.

Must be based in the UAE; preference for candidates from India.
