Scent World, a pioneer in scent marketing and air care innovations, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Field Sales Executive to help us grow our client base across the UAE. Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Actively seek out new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals. Target businesses such as offices, retail stores, gyms, and hospitality venues.

On-Site Client Visits: Conduct regular outdoor visits to existing and prospective clients. Deliver samples, understand client needs, and ensure service satisfaction.

Product Demonstrations: Present our scenting solutions and air care systems effectively, showcasing benefits like brand enhancement and odor control.

Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships by offering personalized service and solutions tailored to each client’s environment.

Sales Performance: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing directly to company growth.

Market Awareness: Stay informed about scent marketing trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to refine your approach.
Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure seamless client experiences and share field insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in field sales (B2B, HVAC, hospitality, or scenting industries preferred).

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within assigned territories.

Age range: 18–35 years.

Residency: United Arab Emirates.
Preferred Skills:

Background in perfume, cosmetics, or luxury retail is a plus.

Strong customer-centric mindset.

Ability to analyze market trends and sales data for strategic decisions.
