Role Overview:
The Outbound Conversion Executive (Hindi) will be responsible for tele-sales, client engagement, and conversion activities for a reputable forex trading platform. The role involves driving sales, assisting clients, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Maintain in-depth product knowledge to communicate features and benefits effectively.

Engage with new client leads and convert them according to company regulations.

Assist clients with account opening and first deposits.
-
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and objectives.
-
Provide high-quality customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
-
Fluent in Hindi (mandatory).
-
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, call center, BPO, or sales environment.

Knowledge of stock market or forex trading is an advantage.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
