Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking a highly qualified Consultant Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon (General) to join a reputable medical team in Al Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate must hold a UK CCT in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery and possess extensive experience managing major traumatic injuries. This role involves delivering world-class medical care, performing complex surgical procedures, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures for trauma-related orthopedic cases, including fractures, dislocations, and ligament injuries.

• Conduct patient assessments, consultations, and provide detailed treatment plans.

• Deliver expert post-operative care and patient guidance.

• Collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and medical specialists for comprehensive patient management.

• Stay updated with advancements in trauma surgery and apply innovative techniques where appropriate.

• Mentor and train residents, interns, and other medical professionals.

• Participate in departmental meetings and assist with administrative duties.

• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical ethics and standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• UK CCT in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery (mandatory).

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon.

• Strong expertise in managing trauma cases, fractures, soft tissue injuries, and post-traumatic complications.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure healthcare environments.

• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
